We’re happy to announce that we’ll be at this summer’s Renegade Craft Fair at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas. Renegade is always so much fun, and we’re happy to join in this year’s festivities. We’ll be slinging bow ties & hugs all day Saturday & Sunday, so stop by and say hello!
Aaaaand….May 19 is my birthday! If you need me on Sunday, I’ll be wearing my party pants & starting the dance storm. You’re all invited!

As the new house slowly becomes a home, I wanted to share a few pictures of our new space! The Room for Mistakes (a.k.a. our studio) is all set up and stockpiled with fabrics and supplies. It’s so nice to actually have room to work and breathe…at the same time!
We’ve also added a few new shops to our growing list of stockists, including The Tinderbox in Houston, Texas and Frances Jaye in Holland, Michigan. Have fun, MI & TX!

Recently, one of our bow ties was featured in a Great Gatsby inspired wedding shoot. Beautifully photographed by Tess Pace and styled by the amazing Jessica Hearing of A Vintage Affair, there are so many fun details in this shoot. (Isn’t that Bentley amazing??)

We love working with passionate, interesting people. So when asked to contribute to the second issue of WILD FIRE, we were delighted to send along one of our Olive Linen bow ties. As expected, the pictures are just beautiful & the Kilkelly sisters are so wonderful to work with. We’re looking forward to future collaborations!
Launched in November 2011, WILD FIRE is a free online vegan, fair-trade, fashion, food & wellbeing magazine based in Melbourne, Australia. Vegan photographer Missy of Kohii Love Photography started the magazine as a personal project, a place to showcase her photography & share her lifestyle views with the rest of the world. Joined by her sister Joanna, the duo is currently hard at work on their next issue, set to release in May 2013.

NELA Celtic Festival

We’re collaborating with good friend & photographer Jeremy Thornhill for a pop-up shop & photo booth at this year’s NELA Celtic Fest. Setting up shop in our hometown in always a fun time, so drop by for bow ties, beer & some photo booth fun! There’s live music, dancing, highland games, great food & it’s child/pet/grandparent friendly!
